Office Tasks
- Managing the administrative aspects of the Institutional Erasmus+ Study Contract.
- Preparing the call of applications in compliance with the European Union regulations, establishing general timelines and procedures.
- Handling the payment of scholarships.
- Establishing in contact with the European Commission and the relevant National Agencies.
- Organizing, in collaboration with the Language Centre (CLA), language courses for foreign students awarding scholarships.
